Graduated from Kyiv Lysenko Special Music School in 2005 and National Music Academy of Ukraine in 2010 class of professor L.Ovcharenko).
In 2010-2012 Yury worked in the Ukrainian Radio Symphony Orchestra.
Since 2012 – soloist of the National Ensemble of Soloists “Kyiv Kamerata”.
Yury Dubynskyi toured with various Ukrainian orchestras as well as chamber ensembles.
Participated in the project “I, Culture orchestra” (2012).
Since 2020 he began studying early music as part of a baroque orchestra of the “Open Opera Ukraine” project.
Yury has participated in the master class of the Vienna National Baroque Academy in Austria in 2021.
