In Strasbourg on February 24, 2026, the National Ensemble of Soloists of Ukraine “Kyiv Kamerata” will present a concert titled “Light Through the Shadow,” dedicated to the memory and resilience of Ukrainians during the war.
According to the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, the event takes place as part of the commemorations of the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
The event is organized by the Support Action Ukraine Association (SAU) and the Permanent Representation of Ukraine to the Council of Europe, with the aim of honoring this commemorative date and supporting cultural exchange with Europe.
The concert will feature the National Ensemble of Soloists of Ukraine “Kyiv Kamerata” under the baton of world-renowned Canadian-American conductor Keri-Lynn Wilson, the Kyiv Kamerata’s principal conductor and an invited conductor of the Paris Opera, the Royal Opera House, and the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
The program will feature works by prominent Ukrainian composers of the 20th and 21st centuries, including Zoltán Almási, Oleksandr Kozarenko, Volodymyr Zubitsky, Yevhen Stankovych, Hanna Havrylets, Oleksandr Rodin, and Boris Lyatoshynsky.
